It is very important to our health practice one kind of sport. It was prove that doing sports turns your life better, but exist different kinds of sports to different kinds of people.
I love doing exercises, I always practice it when I have time. I like playing soccer with my friends, and I usualy run at the Avenue alone, I do that because my friends preffer walking. When I am running I like listening music, because this motivate myself and turns my effort easier.
I have done sports, but now with the College I don't have time anymore, because I study a lot. I know that I am needing practice more and because that I am trying to find some time to do it. I have thought that if I do some sport my life will get better, so at the and of the year I am going to the gym and I will start to change my life and rotine.
So as I said before it is healtier to us doing sports, I preffer soccer and run, but exist others like, Tennis, Golf, Volleyball, Basketball and Swimming. People who has heart's problem, people who are obese, or suffered one kind of acident need to do exercises. I don't have any problem, but I love it and I know how important is this.

ResponderExcluirSeven or six years ago I practiced swimming. It is a wonderful sport, both for health and for the mind. Unfortunately I had to choose between swimming and school, my time was "short." After that I used to go to gym, practiced weight training, I did this for two years, was very good too. Nowadays I only watch sports like football or ... just football! I like card games, I know it is a sport but not move the body so I believe that sports such help more mental health than the health body! That is, very good your text ^ ^ Kisses Bianca ;)~~
Hi, Samantha! I like to practice sports. I already played football a long time ago. I already went to gym too and this happened some months ago. But now I am in the same position, situation like you. I don't have time to go to gym. But it is ok. When December arrives I will do everything, like: exercises into the pool. I don't know if this expression is correct but I will use "water aerobics". I will do it.

Hi Samantha!! I agree with you: it's very good to practice some sport! I really like walking and running. Last year, I walked everyday. I woke up early and went to the avenue to walk. Nowadays, I can't do this, because I have a lot to study and to do. But like you, I really want to get back to my rotine!

I love practice Chinese Boxing, unfortunately I don't have time to do this and the gym it's away from my house. I had practice bodybuilding until last month but I started work and I needed stop.
I like volleyball too, but I don't have a team to play.
I think it's good practice some sport for health and you really feels better doing some exercise!
I hope I'll get time soon to come back to the gym to practice chinese boxing and bodybuilding.
Oh!I am thinking in study physical education!!!

Hi Samantha, well, what you wrote is true, sports help us feeling better, healthier, I know it because when I practiced sports (I used to bike, swim, and play tennis) we feel so much better. It seems that we have more energy to do things and don't get tired so easily!
ResponderExcluirNowadays I just walk, I used to walk more, but anyway, anywhere I need to go I go walking, it doesn't matter if it's across the city, I just put some music, and I go walking.
It's like you said, walking (or running) listening to music, makes it more pleasurable!

I agree with you, doing sport is very important to our health. In my family (parents and brother) nobody have done exercises, they have had a sendentary life.
I would like that my mother went at gym , because she has serious problems with her back, but she says that she doesn't go. I got very sad with this.
