Felicidade Clandestina was one of our obligatory readings this semester and as we are about to do a test I decided to share some info with you guys.
First it is very important to know that Lispector had a project which she followed to get answers for her life. This purpose is what makes her books literature in fact because it has to do with our reality it is not only a story about a horse for instance. The plot is not relevant what really matters is where the author wants to get and which questions he or she wants to make.
One other significant point is that books do not give us responses they interrogate us. So we must put the meaning in every book we must be compromised with our reading. We cannot be naïve.
But which questions does Clarice Lispector make? Her questions go around human issues. They are based on essential problems.
Who am I?
Why am here?
What am I doing?
Is it enough to get throw the writing process?
What it means to exist?

Spring/Summer Collection and Tips of Fashion

Today my post is about fashion, I'm going to talk about the collection spring/summer 2009. If you like clothes and shoes please pay atencion in this post.
The collor in this season is gold. The style is the chic and it never old fashioned. Your look must express your personality and your way of being, you must to choose the tendency that fit your life style. The floral dress is crucial for the season, the printed is almost an obligation and you can use for example: with a belt around the waist. The blazer is a key element the slleves are adjusted for body, you must choose a good sewn version and at the waist and you don't have to forget the square model. The pants are the high waistband jeans model, this kind of pants are a gift for people who have short legs, add this to the hability to make your waist look thin.
Now the shoes, they are the soul of a woman, in my opinion, of course, I love shoes, sandals, boots and scarpins. The platform sandals are a good tendency for women who want comfort and glamour, it add height. You need to focus on charming heels and basics colors, you must to search shoes that combinig with various looks. Now to finish I'm going to give you five garments that you must to have: 1) Basic Dress: which is sexy, charming and black collor; 2) Jeans: it can be casual or elegant, it will depend the way that you will combine other garments; 3) High Heels: they are charming, letting women more feminine, black, brown, gray are wild colors like; 4) Purses: a woman need it, plains and neutral colors like: black, white and beige give freedon to wear colors and embossed clothes; and 5) Sunglasses, summer or winter, days of sunshine or cloudy days, they give protection and glamour to every woman.

Nobody is perfect

Today in my post I decided to talk about my bad adjectives. Now I know that all you are question yourselves to know why I'm doing that. Saturday I had a discussion with my grandma, and I was in my room thinking what I'm doing wrong, so I decided to start with my bad qualyties.
First I need to say that I hate fight with somebody in my family, but I have my own opinion and they need to understand it. Now I'm going to reflect about me, I'm very nervous and all you just know that, I can't stand waiting for a long time, I'm very impacient too, everything needs to happen at the time that I want and I know that I need to fix it.
Once my mother told me that I have my father's genious, and now all the time that we discuss she says that to me and this makes me feel sad and very ungry, but I think that is true because my mother isn't like me in this case, so I look like him. And to finish this, I'm very emotional and this is complicated, because I need to control myself more because of the College.
I know that I have my problems, but everybody has it and I promiss to fix that, because I think that my future and my life is going to be better if I do this. I hope that my family and friends help me with this too, because I know that I need them, in my opinion alone I can't to result this problem.

What's teacher's role?

What’s teacher’s role?
On this Tuesday we watched a movie that stills on my mind and it seems to me very important to have a little chat around its subject with all classmates. And this place is the appropriated one to have it.
For the ones who were not there or don’t even know what I’m talking about here’s my brief explanation: our Psychology teacher brought us to watch and reflect a film about different Brazilians schools where of course things were quite diverse and at the same time things were quite similar. What in my point of view is a bit funny.
As I and as well most of you didn’t make any comment at that time because we were perhaps shocked to the reality we faced or maybe shy to speak in front of colleagues I decided to “hear your voices”.
To me the most appalling part was when Celsa which is one of the teachers that were interviewed said : “A gente estuda e chega na sala de aula e o aluno te manda tomar naquele lugar” I know I should use English but I don’t want to change any word of her speech and I also know that my translation wouldn’t be as faithful as I wish. So I’m sorry.
This made me wonder about what’s our role as teacher? Is it only to go to the classroom? Are we going to fell just like Celsa? And specially now that we have so many deadlines to accomplish and we really need to hurry to do all we must do to be approved I ask you: Does it worth to be here? To be there?
Please people help me to find an answer!

Information about 2 parties

Today my post is an information for people who like parties. So I have decided to talk about two parties that are going to happen in this days.
The first party is Alexandre Pires's Concert. It is going to be realized on July seventeenth, next weekend in Centro de Eventos, Fenadoce. This concert is a great opportunity for people who like Pagode, the singer is lauching his new DVD which is very good he will sing his old and new songs. So if you like Pagode/Samba go see this concert. I have already seen Alexandre's concert once and it is great.
The second party is going to happen just in August, August fifteenth more precisely, the party Double Beer in DC Eventos. It has two ambients, the first with people who like psy with Djs Manolas, Flame, Lucas and Anderson Lisboa and the second with people who like Pagode with the bands Agora é pra Valer, PontuGê and the best pagode's band of the Rio Grande do Sul Pura Cadência. So the Double Beer is like that, you arrive at the party around 23:00 pm and you buy a beer and win another that at the 2:00 am and there is other information, boys receive a bracelet of neon color and girls receive it too, but with different colors and in the middle of the party there is a Blackout and NOBODY BELONGS TO NOBODY.
So come to one of them, you select a party and have fun with your frind and boyfriend, or if you want go in both, but the fun is guaranteed. I am going to go on the second one how about you?

First Impressions

When Rafael came with the idea of having Applied Linguistics this term I honestly hate it. I thought how?? we all will have an awful subject in the sense of we are not going to learn effectively and before I knew the teacher I also thought that she/he will drive us crazy with a big amount of information or perhaps she/he will not be as good as we deserve.
Felling like that is not unacceptable by the fact that during the first semester things happened just like that. We spent four months with no teacher and when he finally came it was totally rubbish. I was very motivated on the first days but then the teacher did not achieve my and others expectations. It was very disappointing.
Although when I saw Jane for the very first time I realized that she is like Rafael said a very special person. Since the beginning she showed herself as a comprehensible person telling us the pros and cons of studying AP now. And as well I found out that I was being very pessimistic about starting right away.
Finishing this brief comment Tuesday I was talking to Evelise on how nice it will be if Jane were our English four teacher and yesterday on Wednesday I couldn’t believe when she said that it has a good change this statement became true. She certainly has huge knowledge to share with us and I am really happy with this possibility.

The friendship

Today my post is a tribute to my friends. I was thinking about friendship yesterday, so I decided to talk about it. I think that to have a friend is necessary to any person.
I can't imagine my life without my friends, they are everything to me. When I am sad I call to a friend and she always listens to my problems and she helps me saying something to mativate myself. Or when I am very happy she stays happy too. I trust her words, because she has lots of experiences even been younger than me.

I am not going to give name by name of my friends, because thank God I have lots of it and I don't want to be bad and forget anyone. But I need to mention one person, my mother Carla, she is the best person in the world, she is everything to me, I can't think what I could have been without her, as you know my father leaved my mother and I and builted other family and she had to raised me on her own just with my grandparents so I trust at her more than enything.

But please, don't think that I forgot my University friends, because I didn't, I love all of you, at moment you are my second family, because the University is my second home. You help me all the time, you motivate myself and this is very important to me, because with this attitute you have all my affection and gratitude. So this post are for you, my old friends, my mother and my new and eternal friends, I love all you, thanks for been with me and giving support to this crazy and small person. Love you a lot!
